Cinda Rousseau
Salon Owner + Senior Stylist
Known as the "wise old owl" of the flock - I began this venture called Tangles in 1987. We hadn't even started waxing eyebrows yet, but we did more perms than I could count! I believe that learning should never end and that is the root of Tangles' success and longevity.

Sue Kingsley
Senior Stylist
I had a few choices-hair colorist, Jedi knight, or first female president of the United States. I chose to be a hair colorist because it's obviously the most fun. I love styles ranging from super subtle to super bold-and everything in-between! I have loved working at tangles over the past 31 years because we are truly like a family here. When I'm not at the salon, I am busy raising my two children and probably watching Star Wars!

Lisa Marie Pighetti
Senior Stylist
I've been doing hair for over 35 years but I am somehow still only 29?! I think I was born with sheers in my hand! I love the challenges of creating new looks and taking client's hair to a new level! I have a passion for education and learn to change with the seasons. If you're looking for a new style, I'm your girl! I'm so grateful to be a part of my clients' lives as they have become a part of what I consider to be part of my family. When I'm not at work, I'm home with my husband and two boys. Beautiful, gorgeous!

Senior Stylist
When I was a Junior in high school, I shadowed through the career center, leading me to a receptionist position at Tangles. I was inspired to pursue a career as a stylist, and decided to attend the DiGrigoli School of Cosmetology. After passing my state board exams in 2006, I became a full time hairstylist and nail technician at Tangles. My passion is to always keep an open mind and learn new trends in the industry. After being employed at Tangles for over 19 years, I can say that one of my favorite things is to see my client's smiling faces!

Jenna Modlish
Senior Stylist
From a young age, I have been artistic and as I've gotten older, I learned to express myself through hair and makeup. I started working at tangles as a receptionist in 2011 while attending cosmetology school. I love making people feel beautiful and giving them hair that works for both their personality and lifestyle; whether that is bright and bold or subtle and low-maintenance. When I'm not singing and dancing throughout my work day at tangles, I can be found creating cocktails and spending time outside with my two cattle dogs!

Bethany Schnopp
Senior Stylist
When I was 13 years old, my aunt took me to a cosmetology school where she was having her hair colored. I was so inspired by the women attending the school, that I decided that hair coloring was the career path for me. I've now been working in the industry for over 22 years and love experimenting with color-especially reds! outside of the salon, I love to travel and spend time with my three kitties!

Grady Steinberg
Senior Stylist
My passion for hair began at 13 years old when I started experimenting with my own hair color! I studied cosmetology at Career tech in West Springfield and graduated high school with my cosmetology license in 2019. As a curly-haired girl myself, I love helping clients show off their beautiful, natural curls! In my spare time, you can find me hanging out with my animal babies!

Louise Pileggi
Receptionist
I have been employed at Tangles for nearly 26 years. The clients are always my #1 priority and truly are my favorite part of the job. When I'm not at the salon, I spend my time on my boat and with my grandkids!

Allyson Bancroft
Receptionist
To sum it up; I am the person the stylists call when the computer isn't working. I am currently studying Marketing Management at Holyoke Community College with the intention of continuing my education at UMass Amherst. I have had countless learning opportunities during my time here at Tangles that I feel will help me succeed in my future in marketing. We are truly like a family here and I am so grateful to have found Tangles!
